Akiro Tea & Jed McPherson

We are Akiro Tea (artist) and Jed McPherson (writer) and we create a variety of independent comics. Akiro Tea is an educated animator and grafic-designer that found her calling in visual storytelling, or as she would say: in translating emotions to pictures. Jed McPherson is a writer. Mainly comics but he’ll write other things if you really want him to. He’s mostly known for his serial killer webcomic Jacob which he assures us is 100% not autobiographical and Deadbeat - a neo noir thriller about a young woman reuniting with her dad through armed robbery.
