Piero Ruggeri

Piero Ruggeri is an Italian architect, illustrator and comic artist born in Bologna. For his comics he collaborates with Filippo Neri for the black & white and does the coloring himself. He usually works for french editors, starting with 'Steam Park' (Le Cycliste, 2004) and many collections of music stars (Ferrer, Couture, Beatles, M. Jackson, Hendrix, Clash, Doors…), legendary novels (Celtes et Corsaro Nero) and historic material (Titanic) for Petit à Petit, Fetjaine and 001. In 2018 "Una Valle", "Rouen" and "Jos, le Batard" – with atmospheres similar to the film Papillon – will be published.
