Paola Antista, born in 1976, is a freelance illustrator and cartoonist based in Lipomo, Italy. Before she started working as a professional artist, she attended the Disney Italia art academy and got jobs from the Italian Barbie magazine and schoolbook publishers. Her most popular comic series so far is "Chats!" (in German "Katzen!"), with the first volume of her brand new series "Sorceline" about cryptozoology and mythical animals being released right in time for the Erlangen Comic Salon.
