Anna Haifisch lives and works in Leipzig where she studied illustration and bookmaking. In 2013 she founded the annual Comics & Graphics Festival "The Millionaires Club". Anna Haifisch was awarded the e.o.plauen Förderpreis in 2016. Her comic series "The Artist" was primarily published on vice.com. Her books are published in German by Rotopol ("Von Spatz") and Reprodukt ("The Artist", "The Artist – Der Schnabelprinz"). They have also been translated to English, French and Spanish.
