Being a musician, this is the content of his first comic short story "Wie nennen wir uns?", published in Jaja Verlag, 2017. Together with the author Rafik Schami he published the graphic novel "Eine Hand voller Sterne" (Beltz) in 2018. Today Markus lives and works as an illustrator and comic artist in Köln.
